I was in very bad shape, anxious and depressed after my wife passed away due to Covid in 2021, I had stopped working and was in a very bad mood all time just sitting and smoking, luckily I was introduced to Dr Parul by a common friend and she agreed to help. She made small and subtle changes in my life by counselling me frequently, in less than one year today I am almost perfect, in good shape physically as well as mentally, started to work again full throttle.
